Loose weight on Self Motivation

Loosing weight is much more effectively achieved when one is self motivating himself on doing so. It had made unbelievable changes in the weight. Let's start off from the beginning.

To start, A resolution for the new year to loose weight can be made. The key to achieving weight loss, or accomplishing any goal, is believing you can succeed. Losing weight can be a positive, life-changing experience-not because you are slimmer but because of what you can learn about yourself along the way. By doing these, we get a control over our life and feel comfortable that we are living it to the fullest.

One important rule is that, we have to keep pur words positive. For example, instead of saying
"I don't want others to see me as fat", substitute "I want to see myself as thinner and healthier." To achieve these goals, it is completely necessary to picture ourselves to have already achieved it. By doing that, we get to believe in what we are doing. It is always good to sit down for a while, closing our eyes and imagining ourselves thin, buying clothes in our new size etc.Make this picture and feeling as real as possible with as many details as possible.

Finally keep saying to yourself
, “I am becoming slim and neat."

The Best for Breakfast

Eating breakfast helps you lose weight. But not just any breakfast
  • The best breakfast is something high in carbohydrate, to provide fuel to get you through the morning.
  • It should ideally be high in fibre — adults should eat about 30 grams of fibre a day — and a good breakfast must deliver a decent whack of your daily needs.
  • What you don’t want in a breakfast  is a lot of fat, sugar and salt.
One of the best choice for breakfast is cereals. Further ,it is a big aid for those working women to prepare food for their family before leaving to work. Pouring soy milk or rice milk on your cereal would help you to lose fat.

Some of the best cereals for breakfast are oatmeal, shredded oats, organic multi grain flakes. It is better too,to select the brand of cereal you buy. Some brands include trans fat and sugar for taste which are to be avoided.

Here is another vital information for you.Do not fall for those "added vitamins".Vitamins are of nutritional value only when taken in natural forms like fruits and vegetables. Those artificial ones in cereals don't serve a deal.

For those on a diet, here on one such diet plan which i hope helps you.( It definitely would...provided you follow it! )
Lunch: Soup and Salad
Snack: Raw Vegetables
Dinner: Soup and Salad
Late night snack: Raw fruit, vegetables, cereal bar or bowl of cereal.

Diet pills...

Have you seen advertisements about diet pills on the television, magazines and on the internet? They entice you with heartfelt testimonials, unbelievable before-and-after pictures and the inevitable money-back guarantees. If you have ideas of going for it, get the facts before you fall for these marketing tactics.

I read a comment about diet pills in one of the magazines .It said, "Great idea for the manufacture who makes loads of money from selling them.Bad for the poor suckers who pay ood money for them and find them useless."

Obviously it is good to lose weight naturally or you may gain more than you lose and you may end up fat. There has many side effects like depression/mood swings/hyper tension/dullness etc. So ,it's wise to read the list of ingredients and find if they are safe to consumed. Some pills may have only natural ingredients and it may sound safe. “Natural” does not in any way guarantee safety. Many substances found in nature are toxic .Beware!

Although most diet pills are junk, there may be a good diet pill out there. Some herbs are reported to help the fat melt away, but they are not a long term fix. Using pills and other gimmicks like sweat suits and starvation diets only treat the symptoms of a weight problem, not the cause.

Do not take diet pills without a physician's advice.

Yet ,you may have witnessed a few reducing weight on fat pills. Diet pills can be very effective in a few cases .Just that the probability that it will provide long term benefits is remote. If at all you are under dosage, just stick to the recommended dose, eat less, exercise more, and drink plenty of water!

DIET IN VAIN???

Hi friends , are you a person strictly attempting to be on diet which actually proves to be of no use to you? You may remain with the same weight as you were in day 1 of your diet schedule or you may easily get back the pounds that you had a hard time losing. Here are some reasons and remedies for this problem.
  • The first principle is eat-less-more-often rule.
  • Control food craving. A well-balanced diet and healthy foods rich in nutrients, fiber, vitamins and minerals will help you to control your cravings. If at all it doesn't , remove the taste from food.Compromising your taste for health will do wonders!
  • Another important issue is that you are simply growing older. It is obvious that the metabolic rate slows down too. The older we become, the lesser should be the calories that we consume.
  • The next well-known fact is that we don’t move enough. Exercise daily at least for twenty to thirty minutes. Our work out does not need a posh gym . Walking, gardening and even house-hold works can burn the calories.
Hence, chose a smart method to lose weight. It may not be so difficult.

Lose weight the smart way...use COCONUT OIL

Slim, healthy and beautiful is how you will become when you use coconut oil as a weight loss secret .

Coconut oil is a fast-burning fat and it increases metabolism and promotes weight loss. Many people are reporting that consumption of coconut oil is bringing about increased energy levels, fewer cravings for carbs and sweets, and a more satisfied feeling of being “full” after meals.

You would have noticed most tropical islanders remaining trim and healthy all their lives . A high-saturated-fat diet in their traditional food rich in coconut oil is the reason behind this.Coconut oil has not only reduced weight but also health problems. One of my acquaintances ,from her personal experience , mentioned that she had added too many pounds during her menopause. A diet of low calories and fat was of no avail. But a low carb diet with coconut oil made a difference in her appearance. There is not much weight to lose in her to reach the way she was in her twenties.Eating coconut does help control the chubbiness too.

With coconut oil, you can watch the pounds melt away. The oil does all that it promises and lot more!

Types of Fats

There are two types of fats
  • Saturated Fats
  • Trans Fats
Saturated Fats:
Full-fat dairy foods, meat, certain oils are all sources of saturated fat are bakery products. These are the fats we consume in our day to day lives. The Saturated fats are very dangerous when they are stored in our body in a big amount. So we must take care to see such thing never happens.

Trans Fats:
Trans fat is found in food such as crackers and baked goods. French fries, donuts, macaronies and other commercially fried foods are major sources of trans fat as well. In short, all the junk food comes in this category. It's also found naturally happening in some animal and dairy foods. I strongly recommend that trans fat intake should not exceed 1 percent of total calories each day.

From these things we could broadly classify into good fats and the bad fats. The fats mentioned above are the bad ones. There are certain good ones like;
  • Mono Saturated Fats
  • Poly Saturated Fats
These are called good fats just because they do less harm compared to the bad ones. So a person must always try to reduce the bad fats to these good ones for good health.

Cholesterol:
Cholesterol is not actually a fat, but a fat-like substance that is also necessary to the body, but in excess it can lead to heart problems. I personally suggest on food labels that we consume no more than 300 mg of cholesterol daily.
